1 lb. ground turkey breast
2 stalks of celery, sliced
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c shredded carrots
2 1/2 c tomato juice
14.5 oz can fat free chicken broth
2 c frozen cut green beans
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms (I leave out because I hate mushrooms!)
1 medium chopped tomato
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp each dried basil, oregano, salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf

Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray on medium heat. Add turkey, celery, onion and carrots and cook for 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are softened. Pour into crockpot. Add tomato juice, broth, beans, mushrooms, tomato, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bay leaf. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
