Irish Soda Bread Recipe

6 C flour
2 well beaten eggs
6 tsp baking powder
2 T butter
¾ C sugar
3 C raisins
1 tsp salt
3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl and add butter. Mix and add sugar and raisins, then eggs.
2. Add 2 C milk and mix until gluey. Add more milk if needed.
3. Put on saran wrap on board. Flour and knead lightly.
4. Shape int 2 flat cakes and put into greased 9" round cake pans and bake
