1 ⅔ graham cracker crumbs
¼ C sugar
6 T butter

3-8 oz cream cheese softened
4 eggs
1 ½ C sugar
⅛ t salt
1 tsp vanilla

2 C sour cream
¼ C sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients (first three). Line springform pan with the mixture and bake 10 minutes.
2. Beat room temperature cream cheese until fluffy and slowly add 1 egg at a time. Slowly add the rest of ingredients and mix. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Remove and cool for 15 minutes. Put topping on and bake 10 more minutes.

DO NOT CUT INTO THE CHEESECAKE THE FIRST DAY!
