1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
ICING
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 14- x 12-inch rectangle. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up dough tightly in jelly-roll fashion. Cut into 12 rolls and place in prepared baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size, 60 to 90 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Invert warm rolls onto a platter and spread with icing.
