Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (do not use fat free or reduced fat)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of red food coloring (you can add more if you want it a deeper color) or any colour you choose
12 ounces white chocolate chips/vanilla chips or chopped up white baking chocolate
1/2 cup of nuts of your choice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:

1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, food coloring and vanilla
until smooth.
2. Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
3. You can use a double boiler or just place your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and
microwave on half power for two minutes, being sure to keep stopping every 15 seconds or so
to stir it as to not over heat it. I used a double boiler because there is less chance of accidentally
burning the chocolate, you do not want it grainy!
4. Stir melted smooth chocolate into the pink cream cheese mixture. If you chose to add nuts, you
may add them now and mix to combine.
5. Pour in prepared pan.
6. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until set.
7. Cut into squares and serve or store in airtight container.
