½ c Butter
32 Caramels
14 oz can Sweet & Condensed Milk
1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
½ c Oil
2 Eggs
2 c Mini Chocolate Chips
1 c Vanilla or White Chips
1 Heath Bar-Chopped

CARAMEL CHIP BARS

½ c Butter
32 Caramels
14 oz can Sweet & Condensed Milk
1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
½ c Oil
2 Eggs
2 c Mini Chocolate Chips
1 c Vanilla or White Chips
1 Heath Bar-Chopped


Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan melt butter, caramels & milk until smooth. Cool. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil & eggs. Mix well. Stir in chips & chopped candy bar. (Dough will be stiff). Press ¾ into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool 10 minutes. Pour caramel mix over cooled crust. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls onto caramel layer. Bake 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate.
