4 Hass Avocadoes
2 tbsp lime
1 large sprig of cilantro
1 small red onion
2 tbsp chopped garlic
salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up all vegetables

layer vegetables in small amounts in a food chopper
remove stems from cilantro add to chopper
place lid on chopper and run for 20 seconds
remove lid
add garlic, salt, and lime
place lid on and run an additional 20 seconds
pour into a separate small bowl and stir to mix well
enjoy with tortilla chips or Mexican Casserole
