(1) 16 Oz. Bag Frozen Sweet Potato Tots
2-3 rosemary sprigs, minced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbs. extra Virgin olive oil
Coarse kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Spread the tots on a large cookie sheet or two smaller ones and toss with the olive oil. Bake for 10 mins.
3. After 10 mins., remove the tots from the oven and toss with the rosemany, garlic and salt, then return to oven until fully cooked (another 10-15 mins.).
4. Serve immediately as is, or with the condiments of your choice; i.e., srirachi, aioli , ketchup, etc.
