1 pound asparagus, woody ends trimmed
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
dash onion powder
dash garlic pwder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring pot of water to boiling. add asparagus and cook for 2- 3. drain and rinse with COLD water to stop cooking. Drain on paper towels to remove water and cool.

2. Whisk together vinegar, mustard, onion and garlic powder. Slowly add olive oil, whisking vigorously.

3. When asparagus is cool, pour dressing over and refrigerate overnight
