1 package yellow cake mix
1 3 ¾ oz. package vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
½ cup water
½ cup dark rum
½ cup oil

Rum glaze

¼ lb. butter (1 stick)
¼ cup water
1 cup sugar
½ cup dark rum


Directions:

Beat together 2 minutes. I put in Bundt pan greased and floured. Set oven to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until done. While still warm prick top of cake (I use shish kebab stick). Spoon and brush rum glaze evenly over cake allowing the cake to absorb the glaze. If you would like, when cake is cooled drizzle with chocolate glaze topping with chopped nuts.


Rum Glaze is melt butter in sauce pan, stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat stir in rum.

Chocolate Glaze Topping
5 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. butter or shortening

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
