1 1b hamburg, (85%)
1 small onion minced fine
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 - 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg (depends on your taste)
1 egg
salt
pepper

3 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 can golden cream of mushroom soup (can use regular)
1-2 cans of water
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 7 ingredients together, make meatballs and brown in the stick of butter in a pan.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Make gravy from the flour, salt, pepper, ketchup, soup and 1-2 cans of water.
Mix until smooth. Pour over meatballs.
Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
