1 Lb ground beef (85%)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder ( or to taste)
1 small onion chopped fine

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, blending well. Form into meatballs and brown in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from pan and put in sauce. Simmer for 2-3 hours on low.
