12 slices bread
3 c cubed ham
6 eggs
3 c milk
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 T onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut out rounds from bread slices and set aside. Cube extra bread and put in bottom of 9x13 pan. Put cubed ham over bread cubes, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard and onion. Put bread rounds over the cheese; then pour on egg mixture. Let set overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
