Choc Peanut Butter Crunch:

12 oz semisweet choc
½ c cornflake crumbs
1/3 c peanut butter

-melt the choc. , shut the flame, mix the rest in, spread thin on baking sheet and freeze,place a piece of baking paper on top and bang w hammer into small pieces
-makes 30 portions

Ice Cream/Mousse:

16 oz whip

-Whip it then add:

2 c sugar
1 Tbs vanilla
3 eggs
2 ½ Tbs coffee (dissolved in a little hot water)
5 t kahlua


-(can try to cut out some sugar)
- put crunch in cups first and then fill with mousse
