1 lb. Italian Sausage
1-1/2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese
1-1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 c. Chopped Black Olives
1 c. Ranch dressing
1 pkg. Won Ton Skins

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain well to remove grease. Mix together all ingredients except won ton skins. Grease muffin tin by spraying with Pam. Place 1 wonton skin in each pocket,carefully folding into each to form a holder, like a cup. Lightly spray the skins with Pam and place in pre-heated 350º oven for 5-7 minutes until they are lightly browned. Cool the skins and fill with filling mixture. You can either reheat when ready to serve or freeze them for a later date. If you freeze them, cover with plastic wrap. When ready to use them, pop them in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
