1 c oil
2 c sugar
2 c honey
4 eggs separated
2 c coffee (2 t coffee diluted in water)
5 c flour
1 t bs
1 t cinnamon
1 t salt

Mix: oil ,sugar, yolks, honey.
Then alternate dry and wet.
Whip up whites till stiff and fold together

Makes 5 small round or 4 rectangle or 7 small br paper rectangle
