10 eggs
½ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 pint creamed small curd cottage cheese
1 lb shredded jack cheese
½ c butter, melted
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a mixer until light & lemon colored. Add everything but the green chiles and blend. Stir in green chiles. Pour into a well-buttered 9x13 pan. (All this can be done the night before.)
Bake at 350º (330º if using a glass pan) for 35 minutes or until browned and firm in the middle. Serve hot.
Serves 10-12. Great for brunch or holiday breakfast.

This recipe was one I got from one of my first cooking classes. When I got out of college, I could barely make a baked potato. Have made this every year since.
