4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
Cooking spray
¼ c beef broth
¼ c dry white wine
1 T Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ T capers
2 tsp butter

Directions:

Sprinkle steads with salt & pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan w/cooking spray. Add steaks. Cook 3 min on each side until browned. Reduce heat to med low; cook 1 ½ min on each side or until desired doneness. Place steaks on a platter.

Add broth, wine, mustard, Worcestershire sauce to pan; cook 30 seconds, stirring with a whisk to combine. Remove from heat. Add capers & butter, stirring until butter melts. Serve over steaks.
