Egg mixture:
2 eggs
1 c evaporated milk
1 c plain yogurt
8 oz crumbled feta
2 c grated swiss
½ c chopped parsley
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
4 cloves garlic
Other ingredients:
16 oz jar salsa
½ lb angel hair pasta, cooked
1 lb medium raw shrimp, shelled
2 c mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2 qt dish with cooking spray. Blend first 9 ingredients together. Layer: ½ of the cooked pasta... all of the salsa...remaining cooked pasta. Pour egg mixture over. remaining shrimp next. Top with mozzarella. Bake 30 minutes. Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
