l lb. veal
Salt and Pepper
Flour
2 tblsps. olive oil
4 scallions
1 sprig tarragon or rosemary
2 tblsps. butter
1 c. beef stock
4 tblsps. white wine
2 lemons
2 lemons sliced
2 tblsps. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge veal in flour salt and pepper. Brown in olive oil on medium high heat. Remove from pan. Add remaining ingredients, except lemon slices, to pan and heat to boil. Add veal back to pan and top with lemon slices. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
