1 ib. Phylo Dough, defrosted in fridge
1il. Walnuts, finely chopped
12oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips-small
3/4C. Sugar
1&1/2t Gound Cinnamon
1&1/2C. Melted Butter

3/4C. OJ
1/2C. Sugar
1/2C. Honey
1/2C. Water
2T. Lemon Juice

Mix Nuts, Chocolate, Sugar, and Cinnamon. Set aside. In a greased 15x10x1 pan brused with melted butter, layer 8 sheets of Phylo, brushing each layer with melted butter. Sprinkle 2C. of filling. Add 4 more sheets of Phylo,brushing each with melted butter. Sprinkle 2C. filling. Keep going unti gone. Drizzle remaing butter on top. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Stir together OJ, Sugar, Honey, Water, and Lemon Juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over warm dough and let cool. Cut into diamond or triangle shape.
*Keep Phylo damp while assembling dish.
