2 chicken breasts (4 halves,boned and flattened)
4 thin slices cooked ham
4 thick slices Swiss cheese
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
S&P
Paprika
Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg (well beaten)
!/2 cup salad oil

1 cup Basic White Sauce*
2 Tbl. flour
2 Tbl. butter
1 cup milk
1 envelope Herb Ox chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
On each chicken breast half place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and season with S&P and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Fold chicken pieces over and flour each side well and dip into beaten eggs. Roll in fine bread crumbs. Saute chicken in hot oil until well done or bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done.

*Basic White Sauce
Melt butter then add 2 Tbls. of flour. Mix, add 1 cup milk. Stir until comes to a boil, then stir in chicken broth.
