3c butter, softened
1 1/2c confectioners sugar, sifted
4 1/2c flour
1 1/2c cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven 300º
2) Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
3) Gradually add flour and cornstarch, beating until well blended
4) Lightly dust with additional cornstarch - roll dough into 1" balls - place 1"
apart on increased baking sheet
5) Bake approx 20-22 minutes or until lightly golden brown

Optional
Top with nonpareils if desired
