1 175 gram bag popcorn twists
1/2 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place popcorn twists into large roaster pan
Next, in a 2 qt saucepan cook together for 2 min
-butter, brown sugar and syrup
Add 1 tsp baking soda. Mixture will foam. Let foam cook down then remove from heat. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn curls and mix well.

Put in oven at 250º for 45 min. Stir every 15 min. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Spread on wax paper. Break apart.
