4 (1 oz.) squares bittersweet chocolate baking bars
3 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
6 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate baking bars
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. amaretto liquer
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp milk

1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. powder sugar

Topping:

1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking pan with aluminum foil extending over edges. Combine baking bars, 1/3 c. butter and whipping cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until smooth. Reserve 1 cup mixture; set aside. Spread remaining chocolate mixture onto bottome of prepared pan. Freeze until set (about 30 minutes).

Meanwhile, combine pudding mix, 1/4 cup melted butter, amaretto, milk and vanilla in large bowl; stir until well mixed. Add powdered sugar; beat with a hand mixer at medium speed until smooth. Spread filling over chocolate layer in pan. Carefully pour reserved chocolate mixture over filling. Freeze until set (about 30 minutes).

Lift bars out of pan using foil; cut into bars. Lightly sprinkle top of bars with cocoa. Te serve, place bars in mini paper liners. Store in refrigerator.
