1 can Stokley's Bavarian Sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup minute rice ( use 1 cup, prepare according to package directions)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cold water
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Add meat to the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. .Bake in a covered casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350º

You can use any sauerkraut you like just make sure to drain it. Add other ingredients that suit your family. Dale would add hot sauce for a kick.
