2 - 3 oz. jello (cranberry, cherry, or red raspberry
16 oz. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. cranberries
2 apples
1 c. walnuts
2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add jello and sugar. Mix well. In a blender add cranberries, apples, walnuts and orange juice. Blend and leave slightly chunky. Mix jello and cranberry mixture together. Put in 9X13 dish or serving dish that will hold mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

This recipe came from Aunt Bev Bowers. I have been making 35+ years. It is great at Thanksgiving or Christmas because it adds a great festive look and cranberries are in season.
