No mixer is needed for this recipe.

4 oz Bakers unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten with whisk
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate and butter in large microwave bowl. Stir and let cool 5 minutes.
With large spoon, add the sugar and then the eggs and vanilla to the bowl.
Stir in the flour and the nuts until no sign of the flour can be seen.
Pour into an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan or double recipe for a 9x11 pan.

Bake at 350º for 22-25 minutes. Take out of oven while slightly soft in center, but pulling away around the edges.

This was on the Bakers Chocolate box and is fail-safe and quick.
The brownies should be slightly moist, can be eaten plain or with ice cream.
