1 egg beaten
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup flour
1 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 cup milk
6-8 ounces green beans
1/4 tsp onion powder
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in broth, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, then place in cold water. Mix beaten egg with milk in shallow pan. Put flour in another shallow pan. Combine bread crumbs, 3/4 tsp salt. pepper onion powder,and garlic powder into 3rd bowl. Take a handful of beans out of the water, shake off excess liquid. Coat beans with the flour, shaking off excess flour. Dip beans 1 at a time into egg/milk mixture, then dip in breadcrumb mixture. Place beans on a plate until all are coated. Heat oil to 350º- use enough to cover the beans, about 1 1/2 inches. Fry until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes. Drain on paper towels .
* You can put beans in the freezer after coating them to set them( about 30 minutes)
