8 oz. chopped bacon
2/3 cup flour
6 cups milk
8 - 16 oz. cheddar cheese (depends on how cheesy you want it)
1 tbsp. garlic
salt and pepper
2 bottles of beer

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, heat small amount of oil and add bacon. Cook bacon until fat is rendered and the bacon is crisp. Add garlic and flour to make roux. Add milk and allow slightly simmer. Keep stirring to prevent scorching. Add cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and beer.
