1 10 oz. package frozen strawberries
1/2 20oz. can crushed pineapple drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup walnuts
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Optional Glaze
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 3 tbsp. pineapple juice.
Instead of the nuts I added 1 ripe banana mashed.

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease two 5 X 9 inch loaf pans.

In a bow, mix the strawberries, pineapple, eggs, oil and sugar. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix the flour mixture into the bowl with the fruit until evenly moist. Fold in nuts or banana. Divide the batter between the prepared loaf pans.

Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until a tooth pick inserted I the center of a loaf comes out clean. Cool on wire racks.

Glaze when cool
