3/4 cup warm water (105f-115f)
1pkg. active yeast dry
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 T. olive oil, divided usage
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 T. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups slice vegetables of your choice with Italian herbs mix
3/4 cup Alfredo sauce 4 cheese or Chrissys Alfredo sauce to follow
1 cup or more to your taste mozzarella

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In mixing bowl combine yeast , water and sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in 1 T. olive oil. Then add flour, oats,
parmesan cheese and salt mix for 1 minute. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30-45 minutes. with floured hands, shape into ball evenly press into oiled 12 inch pizza pan. cover with plastic and let rest for 15 minutes. Spread vegetables on baking sheet: toss with remaining oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned. bake pizza crust for 12-15 minutes at 450 at the same time as the vegetables. Take out veggies and crust at the same time. Spread with Alfredo sauce on crust and top with roasted veggies and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.
