Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Mix together.

Add: 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk

Stir till moistened, pat into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool Crust.

Filling:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. corn starch

Cook till thick and clear. Remove from heat, stir in 3 tbsp. strawberry jello. cool

Put sliced strawberries in pie crust, pour some filling over top. Let stand 10-15 minutes in refrigerator top with whipping cream.

To keep the crust from getting soggy you can brush the crust with lightly beaten egg whites before baking. Or after the crust is baked paint a thin layer of white chocolate over top of crust, then add berries and filling.
