1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mocha filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in hot water

I bag semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Blend flour and baking powder, stir into butter mixture. Using a cookie press with ribbon design, press out cookies on undreased cookie sheet pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool put 2 cookies together with mocha filling. Dip one end of filled cookie into melted chocolate chips.

MOCHA Filling
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp disolved coffee. Spread between two cookies.
