1 Cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp. salt
3-4 cups flour (auntie uses 3)

Filling:

1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cups raisins
3/4 cups pecans

Icing:
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. In a large bowl mix milk, sugar, melted butter, salt and the egg. Add flour and mix until smooth. Add yeast mixture. Mix in remaining flour until dough is easy to handle. Knead dough on lightly floured surface for 5-10 minutes. Place in well-greased bowl and let rise until doubled, usually 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

When doubled, punch down dough. Roll out on flour surface into a 15x9 inch rectangle. Spread melted butter all over dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered dough. Sprinkle with white sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and raisins. Roll up, seal ends, slice and put ito greased 9X13 pan. Let rise to top of pan. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Frost while warm.
