1 1/4 cup chicken stock
5 lb. chicken pieces
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, grated
2-3 dijon mustard
1 small onion,chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet melt butter. Sprinkle chicken with s&p and brown until evenly browned.On the side.mix remaining until well-blended. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook 45 min. on simmer, turning pieces regularly until tender. Place chicken on platter for serving. Take pan and stir all remaining ingredients (drippings) until slightly thickened. Spoon over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
