4 cups finely chopped rhubarb
2/3 cup sugar
3 ounces raspberry jello
1 package jello jiffy cake mix
1 cup cran rasberry juice
Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan -put rhubarb on bottom. Mix sugar, jello and cake mix. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Pour 1 cup juice on top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be served warm or cold. Can serve with ice cream or cool whip
