4 oz Sour Cream
1/4 c Low Fat Mayo
4 tbsp Grated Fresh Parmesan
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
18 oz Artichoke Hearts

Pre-heat oven to 350º

Mix cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice tabasco salt and pepper together then mix in artichoke hearts. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
