soft leafy lettuces,whatever you prefer, Butter, red-leaf, green-leaf)
Fresh grapefruit and orange segments
red onion sliced thin, and then cut in half

French Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuces in not-too-small pieces and arrange on salad plate or flat dishes
Put a few slices of the onion on top of each
Add cities sections generously

Drizzle French Dressing over all. Let sit a few minutes before serving.

1/2 cup sugar
1tsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Shake all up in a pint jar with a tight lid, or whisk it first in a bowl . If shaken, it will need 2-3 shakes as the sugar does not dissolve quickly, but I do it in a jar.

This will keep in the refrigerator for at least two weeks.
Use it on almost any salad.
