Cake:
2 c self rising flour
2 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
4 T heaping coco
1 stick butter
1 c boiling water
1/2 c buttermilk
2 whole beaten eggs
1 t soda
1/2 c vegetable oil
Frosting:
1 c chopped pecans
1 stick butter
3 T heaping coco
6 T milk
1 t vanilla
1 lb confection sugar
dash salt

Cake:
4000 degrees, spray a full sheet cake pan with Pam
Combine flour, sugar,cinnamon & salt. In saucepan melt butter, water, coco and oil. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Pour over flour mixture. Stir lightly to cool. In measuring cup, pour buttermilk over eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Stir buttermilk mixture into butter/coco mixture. Pour in sheet cake pan bake for 20 minutes. While baking, make frosting.
Frosting:
Chop pecans until fine. Cream butter, sugar and coco together. Add vanilla and enough milk to spread. Stir in pecans and spread on hot cake.
