1 box corn muffin mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Lightly grease 8" x 8" baking dish

Combine corn muffin mix with sugar, salt and pepper.

Add the cream of corn and drained whole kernel corn, sour cream, butter (melted) and eggs.

Stir until just combined.

Pour into baking dish and cook for 40 - 45 minutes until toothpick in the center comes out clean.
