1 lb. Asparagus
2 T. EVOO
Kosher salt
Lemon zest

Preheat oven to 350º
Bend washed asparagus stalk until it breaks naturally. The good asparagus tip will break above the woody white-ish bottom. When you have all of the asparagus laid out on a cookie sheet pour EVOO over them all, salt and then use your hands to rolls asparagus back and forth to coat. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 mins according to how soft you prefer it. Sprinkle lemon zest over hot asparagus.
