3 to 4 packages cornbread mix
10 to 12 slices bread
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
3 to 4 eggs
Sage to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cornbread according to directions. Toast both sides of bread slices until dry. Sauce onions and celery in butter until tender. Crumble cornbread and toast into a large mixing bowl. Add sautéed celery, onions, salt , pepper and sage. Use turkey/chicken stock or broth to moisten dressing to desired consistency and let cool. Add 3 to 4 beaten eggs to dressing. Pour dressing into a 9x13 inch dish sprayed with Pam. Bake immediately or refrigerate until the next day. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
