8 eggs
2 1/2 cup sugar , or more to taste
1 cup corn syrup
5-6 cups peaches blended in a blender( or 5 cups chopped and 1 cup blended)
1 T vanilla
1 small contained(1 cup) Whipping cream
1 large container (4 cups) Half and Half
4 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, mix in sugar, corn syrup, peaches, lemon juice and extract.
Place in a 6 quart ice cream freezer and add whipping cream and half and half to the fill line of the freezer. You may need more whipping cream or half and half.
If the mixture looks too pale, use a few drops of red food coloring
