2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 T. A-1 Sauce
3 T. Worcestershire
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 yellow onion diced small
2 T. finely chopped garlic
3 to 4 oz. of your favorite cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for topping:
3/4 c. catsup
1 T. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. cumin
Dash of Worcestershire
Dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Put thawed meat in a bowl and add all ingredients except cheese and topping ingredients.
3. Use your clean hands to mix all together only until mixed. If you overwork the meat it gets tough.
4. Put 1/2 your meat in your lightly greased cooking container. Spread cheese on meat and then top with the rest of the meat.
5. Mix together all ingredients for topping and put on meat when there is 15 minutes left in cooking time.
6. Cook for a total of 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf is 160º, remove from oven and allow meatloaf to rest for a minimum of 5 mins, no more than 10 mins.
