1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red chilies
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cornmeal & 1 1/4 c. milk over med. heat, until thick & dry, stirring frequently, about 3 mins. Spoon cornmeal mixture into a bowl. Add remaining milk, butter & eggs. Beat until smooth. Stir in the salt, baking powder & red chilies. Stir in the bacon & cheese. Pour in casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 mins. or until cooked through.
