4 swordfish steaks (about 2 lbs.)
olive oil
fresh or dried rosemary

Lemon Sauce:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Lemon Sauce:
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Lemon sauce may be made in advance and stored in refrigerator. It must be left at room temperature for 1 hour before using. Makes about 2 cups (4-6 servings).

Preheat broiler for 10 minutes or prepare charcoal fire in advance.
Brush swordfish with oil; sprinkle with rosemary to taste. Broil or grill on oiled grill until fish flakes easily--8 to 10 minutes on each side. Arrange on a platter and pour sauce over fish. Serve hot.
