1 chicken breast per person cubed and cooked with a little seasoning salt.
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
8oz. block of cream cheese softened
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup depending on # of servings needed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 or more tbsp cumin to taste
Optional: chopped celery, 3/4 cup of salsa,or 3/4 cup of corn
10 -10" soft tortilla wraps
1 medium sized jar of Salsa of your choice
Sour cream to garnish

Directions:
Cook up chicken in frying pan with water and a few shakes of seasoning salt.
Then saute onions and garlic with chicken and a little margarine.
Then if adding ... put in celery , corn and salsa.Stir together.
In a separate bowl combine cream cheese, mushroom soup, cumin, and salt and pepper if desired.
Combine soup mixture , with chicken and vegetables and add 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese. Mix .
Place approx. 3/4 cup of filling into wraps fold up and place smooth side up snugly next to each other in large baking dish. Pour Salsa over all the wraps and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.Cover with foil and Bake @ 350ºF for 30-40 min until bubbling, remove foil to crisp up top at the end.
Serve with more salsa and sour cream as desired.
