1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Beaten Egg
1/2 C Bread Crumbs
1/2 C Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 C Chopped Celery
1/2 C Chopped Onion
2 T Ketchup
2 T Milk
Topping: 2/3 C Brown Sugar, 1/3 C Ketchup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients together with your hands and place in an ungreased meatloaf pan or casserole dish.

Spread topping on top and bake uncovered for 1 to 1-1/4 hours. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes and then slice.
