5 Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded
2 C. Sour Cream
1 C. + 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Can of Chopped Green Chilies
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 Can of Red Enchilada Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients together except for a 1/2 C of Shredded Cheese

Place a little into each flour tortilla and roll up.

Place in a 13 X 9 casserole.

Pour the can of red enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle the 1/2 C. of cheddar cheese over them.

Cover them with foil or lid and bake for 30 minutes. Then uncover them and bake for 15 minutes more.
